Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipments or deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays, depending on the schedule of the shipping company we utilize (UPS and USPS). If we experience a high influx of orders or delays in shipping, you will be notified via email. We will provide an updated estimate for the package's delivery date.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we have packed and shipped your order, you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Jackson and Callie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
